We accept cash, credit card or cheque (accompanied by a guarantee card) payments.  Please note that we accept credit card payments and cheques for amounts above £15.

Making an appointment

Please bring

  • Proof of name and address
  • NHS Number
  • GP Details
  • Details of ALL medication that you are currently taking  or have recently taken.

After your examination you will be provided with a written treatment plan and estimate of cost.

Routine Dental Examinations

Your dentist will advise you when you should make your next routine examination appointment (according to the NICE guidelines).  If you would like to be seen more frequently, this can be arrange on a private basis.

We will send reminders by text message or email (whichever you specify as most convenient). If you do not have a mobile phone or an email address, please make a note in your diary when you are next due, and contact us to make the appointment.

Please note that we send reminders as a courtesy, it is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they remain on the NHS dental list by regularly attending the practice.

We accept cash and debit/credit cards for payment of treatment.

Payment Policy

Payment is usually requested up-front, or per appointment. Payment can be made with cash or bank debit cards or by cheque. Cheques are made payable to “Surgeryat102 Limited”. We will give you a receipt for your payment.

Complaints

If you feel that you need to raise any matters with the Practice, please contact Nikita Vora. You can either speak confidentially in person or send a letter. We hope that any misunderstanding or dispute can be resolved swiftly. We have a Practice Complaints Policy (which can be viewed in our Policies Tab)
